I think you have a calling! I, for one, would rather read a Joy schlock review than most of the routine (and boring) string of words in the everyday press). Maybe you could categorize your reviews as "tongue in cheek"--so many unexpected turns and comparisons sprinkled with entertaining wit. Did you see "Salt?I'd love for you to tackle that schlocky celluloid.
